BOOCHEVER, Justice. OPINION. In this sentence appeal, Earl Johnson contends that imposition of sentences for both possession and sale of heroin violates double jeopardy. He further claims that his sentence of seven years' imprisonment with two years suspended on each count, to run concurrently, was excessive, and the result of racial bias.
